These are all available teams that are already in the game and can be unlocked:

Inner Kakashi

Fight as kakashi against sakura. Then use your secret technique. While copying her use the jutsu combo and you'll see an inner kakashi.

The Dead Bounce Back

Use master guy in a battle versus a computer player (or any player) and battle in the survival exercise grounds, BUT finish your opponent on the water with primary lotus, your screen may go shaky, thats normal, your enemy will reappear in the usual place but will immediately hop back to the edge of right tree.

Workers United

When you're in Hard and Insane you will need to use the Substitution Jutsu. A good technique is when you're getting hit by a combo it's best to tap the R button repeatedly and you should use it if you have enough chakra. Soon you'll become accustomed to it and will no longer need to tap it.

'Author and Fan' team

Select Neji and Hinata in Hero Mode.

Team Byakugan

In heroes mode pick custom team an add hinata andneji only to unlock Team Byakugan.

Team Medical Ninjas

In the heroes mode pick Tsunade, Hinata and Sakura

Unlock Team Sharingan

In Heroes Mode select Sasuke,Kakashi,and Itachito unlock this team.

Power Up All Your Character

Beat them in Heroes Mode Level Insane.

Unlock Jaraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru

Beat Him in Heroes Mode Level Normal.

Unlock Kakashi And Guy

In heroes mode, select Jiraiya and Kakashi to getauthor and fan.

Eternal Rivals

Choose Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara in hero mode.

Hard Workers United Team

In heroes mode, put Hinata, Naruto, and Leetogether to form the hard workers united team.

Unlock Legendary Sanin

In Heroes Mode select Tsunade, Jiriaya, andOrochimaru to unlock legendary Sanin.

The Akatsuki Team

Put Uchia Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisame in a teamtogether and they form the Akatsuki team.

Unlock Team Byakugan

First choose hero mode, than choose custommode, and choose Naruto, Kiba, and Choji to unlockteam Triple Trouble.

Unlock Team Genius

In Hero's mode put neji sasuke and shikamaru onthe same team.

Unlock Hidden Team 'Maiden's In Love'

Select Hinata, Sakura, and Ino as the same teamto unlock the hidden team 'Maiden's In Love'.

Unlock 'Eternal Rivals'

In heroes mode put Sasuke and Itachi together.

Unlock Association Of Ninja Thugs

Add Itachi and Kisame and Orochimaru to unlock association of ninja thugs.

Unlock Cursed In Hero Mode

In heroes mode, select custom team and put Narutoand Jiraiya together.

Hot Blood Master & Student

In heroes mode pick custom team and add guy andlee to unlock Hot Blood Master & Student.

Second Story Mode

Successfully complete all 100 floors in story modeto unlock second story mode with 30 floors.

Most likely #9014, but I'm not sure what's happening. From the log, it looks like it's not happy that sceMpegGetAtracAu is returning 80618001, possibly it's doing so a frame too early or something.

Do you have PC? Try import cheat code from cheat database file (cheat.db), I added this cheat code complete.

Extract file and put in folder PSP > Cheats. (by iTools or iFunbox or iTunes)

How to use info (on iOS, maybe similarly Android/PC).

Thank you so much for replying. Unfortunately I have already tried this before, and why I was asking if you knew a fix to the iOS version of PPSSPP is because unlike Android, we do NOT have an option to download any application from the internet if it is not in .ipa form (.ipa is the extension for iOS apps, like .apk for andriod). We also unfortunately do not have a file manager app, unless my phone is jailbroken. (Jailbreak is equivilent to Root for android phones). Can you please make a thread about this for me, since publishing a thread doesn’t work for me? If you decide to do so, then please include all the information.Greetings, I've recently found out about your application, PPSSPP. I immediately liked the idea since it will help me play games on my smartphone that can bring back many memories from my childhood. I then downloaded 'Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3', and I was so excited to play it. When I opened it, it gave me the intros that usually come up and should come up, so I thought it was working and all. However, after these intros, a black screen followed and then the game didn't do anything for a lot of time. I was stuck on a black screen. I could tap and move the joystick and the other buttons on screen, but the main content was just pure black. I have been trying to look up this problem for almost 2 weeks now, and every video I see, the fix they provide is a fix that is not compatible with iOS, like for example File Management(Android/PC) and Command Prompt(PC). I need help with fixing this problem on my iOS device, running iOS 11. The PPSSPP version I have is PPSSPP v1.5.4-336-ga989b4a93. Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 also know as Naruto Shippuden: Narutimate Accel 3 in japan. The sixth instalment in the Ultimate Ninja series, announced as an exclusive title for the PlayStation Portable.

Descirpiton

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 puts players’ fighting spirits to the test with intense and frantic battles while using one of more than 50 characters. New characters include Young Kakashi and Obito Uchiha from the Naruto Shippuden special, Kakashi Chronicles. For the first time in the series’ history, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 expands upon the series’ trademark fighting engine and updates it for four-player brawls. Team up with a partner to unleash a devastatingly powerful Jutsu team attack on opponents, or interrupt an enemy’s Ultimate Jutsu to help or hinder another player.

Gameplay

The game features 4-player local multi-player battles, as well as characters from the Itachi Pursuit Mission, including Sasuke and the members of Hebi. It also features a team techniques, like Naruto and Jiraiya perform Rasengan at the same time. It includes a story arc designed by Cyberconnect2 that is unique to this game, as well as a regular one that follows the Naruto Shippūden storyline and one that follows Sasuke’s story and also was game-exclusive arc called Filler Story Mode, a continuation of previous arc. It has 50 playable characters, however pre-timeskip characters are not available.
